IV. App-Specific Data Processing
NoteWay
NoteWay is an AI-powered application that records audio and generates structured notes.
- Audio Recording: Audio is captured on your device when you choose to record.
- Transcription (Deepgram): Audio is securely transmitted to Deepgram to convert speech into text.
- AI Processing (OpenAI): Transcribed text and related prompts are sent to OpenAI to generate summaries, titles, and suggestions.
- iCloud Sync (CloudKit): Notes and related data are stored in your personal iCloud account and synced across devices using Apple CloudKit.
Important:
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use your recordings, transcripts, or notes to train AI models.
- OpenAI processes your data solely to return the requested AI-generated result. Data sharing with OpenAI for model training is disabled.
- Data processing is limited to providing app functionality.
For analytics and product improvement purposes, your email address (if provided through sign-in or support) may be associated with usage data in analytics tools such as Mixpanel.
V. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers to operate and improve our Apps.

For apps like NoteWay, user-generated content is stored in your iCloud account via Apple CloudKit and not on Sk1 Labs servers.
