Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any mobile application or service provided by Sk1 Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Apps”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Apps.

2. Use of the Apps

You agree to use the Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the Apps or attempt to interfere with their normal operation.

3. Accounts and Authentication

Certain features may require you to sign in using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or other authentication methods. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the audio recordings, transcripts, notes, prompts, and other content you create or upload through the Apps (“Your Content”).

You grant Sk1 Labs a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process Your Content solely to provide the functionality of the Apps, including transcription, AI-generated summaries, and syncing across devices.

We do not claim ownership of Your Content and do not use it to train AI models.

6. AI-Generated Content

Certain Apps, including NoteWay, use artificial intelligence to generate transcripts, summaries, notes, titles, and suggestions.

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or fabricated information. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it.

Sk1 Labs makes no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

7. Not Professional Advice

The Apps do not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Any content, including AI-generated outputs or templates, is provided for informational and personal use only and must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions affecting your health, legal status, or finances.

8. Recording Responsibility

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the recording of conversations, including obtaining consent from other parties where required.

Sk1 Labs is not responsible for any unlawful recordings made through the Apps.

9. Data Processing and Third Parties

The Apps may transmit data to third-party providers, including AI and transcription services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the Apps, you consent to such processing.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time if you violate these Terms or use the Apps in a harmful or unlawful manner.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Apps will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sk1 Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or use.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
